• 9:30AM  - Team Shoot

• 2:30PM - Early Round Option

• 6:30PM - Western Region Hall of Fame Dinner and Recognition ​

• 6:30AM - Practice Range and Registration Open

• 8AM - First Shooting Rounds

• 12PM  - Shooting Rounds

• 1:30PM - Junior Eagle, Eagle Awards Ceremony

• 5:30PM - Red River Shootout (TX/OK/AR) team shootout

Sunday, May 17

• 8AM - Shooting Round

• 12PM - Shooting Round (this round will likely be moved to 8AM if there is adequate space on the ranges to do so.  (If assigned to this round, please be prepared to shoot at 8AM with advance notice on Saturday).

• 1PM Awards for all classes finished after 8AM round

• 4PM Awards for all classes finished after 12PM round
